All orders are carefully handcrafted and packed with love. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

During busy periods (sales, launches and holidays), processing time may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post or courier delays outside our control.

Standard shipping within Australia is $9.90 AUD. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD.

Delays & Lost Parcels

We are a small Australian family business and deeply appreciate your support. While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, delays sometimes occur due to postal services, weather events or peak periods.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us at info@terramatatallow.net and we will be happy to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Handmade product disclaimer

Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in texture, colour or scent are normal and part of their natural charm.
